Liability Release - As a volunteer of Magdalene's, Inc., I agree to abide by all policies and procedures as spelled out in the volunteer handbook. I understand that I volunteer at my own risk and the organization does not assume any liability for any accidental injury or health problem arising from volunteer work I perform for the organization. I agree that all work I do is on a volunteer basis and I am not eligible to receive any monetary payment or reward.
Confidentiality Agreement - In signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read and understand Magdalene's confidentiality policy as described in the Volunteer Handbook. I understand and agree that in the performance of my duties as a volunteer of Magdalene's, I must hold certain information regarding any clients or other volunteers in the strictest confidence.
Media Release - By initialing below, I agree to be photographed, videotaped and/or recorded by Magdalene's while volunteering with Magdalene's. I understand that Magdalene's will own rights to and may use such media (photographs, videotape, recordings and/or my statements), in whole or in part, in Magdalene's materials such as printed publications, website, videos, social media, grant proposals and promotional materials to support Magdalene's and its programs. If I no longer want my photos and/or my story to be used, I agree to contact the Volunteer Coordinator at volunteers@magdalenes.org.
